  14. 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander leaves
  15. 4 tbsp Chopped spring onion
  16. For Curry
  17. 1/2 cup Oil
  18. 3 Onion Roughly Chopped
  19. 5 Tomatoes Roughly chopped
  20. 2 Green Chilli Finally Chopped
  21. 1 Ginger inch Roughly Chopped
  22. 8-10 Garlic
  23. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  24. 1 tsp Roasted jeera powder
  25. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  26. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  27. to taste Salt
  28. 2 tbsp Sugar
  29. 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  30. Khade masala (cinnamon 1 inch,black cardamom 4,blackpepper 10)
  31. 1/4th cup Cashewnut and almond soaked make fine paste)
  32. Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing

  8. Take mixer grinder add onion, tomatoes,garlic,ginger, green chilli add all masale and grind till smoothen or make a paste.
  9. Add oil in kadai now add khade masale let it splitter now add tomatoes paste to it cook for a while
    Cook and flip tomatoes after evry interval of 3 to 4 minutes.
  10. Cook till they became soft.
  11. The oil is separating from masala mixture
  12. Now add cashewnut and almonds paste
    Cook for a minute.
  13. Now add water to it and cook it for 15 minutes in medium flame
    Now add cooked tomatoes to it and cook another 10 minutes with gravy
  14. The curry has cooked and tomatoes soaked gravy it's ready to served with roti and rice garnish with coriander leaves.
